ALL-TEST Pro (also known as ATP), is a US company that develops and manufactures predictive maintenance (PdM) equipment for testing all types of AC and DC electric motors. ALL-TEST Pro. The company is best known for its development of the patented Motor Circuit Analysis (MCA) technology. Motor Circuit Analysis (MCA) is a fast, accurate, non-destructive test that determines the condition of specific components in electric motors. The 3-minute test uses proprietary algorithms to quickly determine the condition of the stator, windings, rotor, and wiring, evaluating and qualifying motor components to determine the overall health of the electric motor. All ATP instruments are hand-held and portable for field testing. ALL-TEST Pro motor test instruments are currently the only devices in the world capable of accurately detecting premature motor failure. With ATP we also have in-line (energized) test instruments that use Electrical Signature Analysis (ESA) technology. The ESA is capable of checking input power and associated power problems (similar to a megohmmeter), but also analyzes the entire process load while it is running.
